Pre-shipment cancellations can restore customer points and release reserved inventory. Shipped orders require support or admin review.

Reward product point prices are stored in the marketplace catalog. Shipping points can be separate and are shown before checkout.

Unavailable or out-of-stock rewards cannot be redeemed until inventory or catalog status changes. If checkout cannot reserve stock, the order is not created.
