Draft status
These terms are a working business draft for qualified legal review. They describe the intended PrizeNest product rules and should not be treated as attorney-approved language until reviewed and adopted.
Accounts
Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, providing accurate contact information, and using only accounts they are authorized to access. PrizeNest may suspend or close accounts involved in abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or policy violations.
Customer rewards
Customers may earn PrizeNest Points from participating partners. Points can be pending, awaiting funding, available, reversed, failed, expired, or redeemed. Only available points may be spent at checkout.
Marketplace redemption
Reward availability, point prices, shipping points, fulfillment timelines, and inventory may change before checkout. PrizeNest validates customer balance and inventory before creating an order.
Orders and fulfillment
PrizeNest may use stocked inventory or approved suppliers. Tracking appears when available. Pre-shipment cancellation may restore points and release inventory when supported by the order state.
Partners
Partners must provide accurate business details, follow online-store integration rules, keep API credentials server-side, fund point obligations, and honor eligible purchase/refund events submitted to PrizeNest.
Restrictions
PrizeNest Points are not cash, are not stored value, and are not redeemable for cash through PrizeNest. Users may not manipulate rewards, submit false events, scrape private systems, or attempt to bypass ledger, balance, security, or inventory controls.
Changes and support
PrizeNest may update these terms, pricing, marketplace rules, APIs, and support processes as the product evolves. Account-specific questions should be sent through official support channels without sharing passwords or raw API secrets.
