Program draft

Point Program Terms

The customer-facing rules for earning, settling, redeeming, and reviewing PrizeNest Points.

Draft status

These Point Program Terms are a working draft for qualified legal review. They document the current product behavior and should be reviewed before formal launch.

Earning points

PrizeNest Points may be awarded from eligible purchases submitted by participating online-store partners. The partner's active earning rule, customer match, environment mode, and funding state determine whether a reward is created.

Point states

Points may be pending, awaiting partner funding, available, redeemed, failed, reversed, refunded, or under admin review. Only available points can be used for marketplace checkout.

Customer matching

PrizeNest matches rewards using normalized email or phone details. Unverified or missing contact information can delay claiming unclaimed rewards, and duplicate or conflicting identifiers may require support review.

Funding and settlement

Partner funding and customer point ledgers are separate. Rewards may wait for funding or fail if the partner does not maintain sufficient funded capacity. Settlement creates ledger entries rather than editing history.

Redemption

Marketplace checkout deducts product points and shipping points separately after validating customer balance, product eligibility, live inventory, and order totals. Pending points cannot cover a shortage.

Expiration

Unclaimed reward identifiers expire at the configured claim deadline shown or stored with the reward. The architecture supports 12-month claim windows, but the final customer expiration policy requires owner and legal approval before public launch.

Returns and reversals

Returns, refunds, duplicate events, cancellations, fraud review, inventory problems, and administrative corrections can create reversal or refund ledger entries. PrizeNest reports discrepancies instead of silently rewriting balances.

No cash value

PrizeNest Points are promotional reward points only. They are not cash, stored value, property, wages, or a deposit account, and they are not redeemable for cash through PrizeNest.
