Information collected
PrizeNest may collect account details, verified contact records, shipping addresses, partner business information, purchase/refund event data, API credential metadata, support messages, device/session data, and marketplace order activity.
How information is used
PrizeNest uses data to authenticate users, match customer rewards, operate points and partner ledgers, quote and fulfill marketplace orders, prevent abuse, support integrations, provide notifications, and maintain audit records.
Sharing
PrizeNest may share information with fulfillment providers, payment processors, infrastructure vendors, and support providers when needed to operate the service. PrizeNest does not need passwords or raw API secrets for support.
Security
PrizeNest uses session controls, signed partner API requests, hashed secrets, role-based access, and database-backed audit trails. No system can guarantee perfect security, so suspicious activity should be reported promptly.
Retention
Operational records may be retained while accounts, ledgers, orders, tax, dispute, compliance, fraud-prevention, or support needs remain. Deletion requests may be limited by accounting or legal obligations.
Choices
Customers can update profile details, addresses, password, notification preferences, and active sessions in account settings. Some in-app operational notifications remain required for account integrity.
