Can points be exchanged for cash?
No. PrizeNest Points are not cash and are not redeemable for cash through PrizeNest.

Do points expire?
Unclaimed rewards have a claim window controlled by PrizeNest policy, currently configured as 12 calendar months for newly created unclaimed rewards. Customer point expiration beyond that is governed by the current point program terms and backend settings.
