Answers to common PrizeNest questions.

PrizeNest does not currently provide a customer self-service point transfer feature.

Customers earn points when a participating business submits an eligible purchase and the purchase matches an active earning rule. The customer identifier must match a PrizeNest account or remain claimable as an unclaimed reward.

Points can appear as pending after a qualifying purchase is processed. They become available after the normal settlement and review flow completes.

Pending points are waiting for settlement, funding, validation, or the purchase refund window. Pending points are not spendable yet.
