Eligible sales multiplied by points per dollar gives expected monthly PrizeNest points.

Subscription fee: $199.00
Included allowance: 12,000 points
Estimated overage: 19,200 points / $384.00
Customer reward value: $312.00
Required prepaid reward funding is tracked separately from the subscription. Keep enough partner funding available to cover issued customer points and shipping obligations.
Estimated monthly total: $583.00Recommended because it has the lowest projected self-service cost for this expected point volume. Coming-soon and contact-sales plans are excluded.Customers see about $0.01 of reward value for each point.
PAYG starts at $0.025 per issued point from prepaid funding.
Included monthly points reset each cycle and do not roll over.
Plan prices, included point allowances, API limits, entitlements, invoices, partner signup, and partner billing all read from the active PostgreSQL plan version. Customer point balances remain ledger-backed and are never altered by merchant allowance resets.
The subscription pays for merchant software access, entitlement level, support class, reporting, and the plan's included monthly point-issuance allowance.
Included points are a monthly usage allowance. They are not removed from customer accounts when the allowance resets, and unused merchant allowance does not roll over.
Prepaid partner funding is the ledger control that backs issued customer points, settlement, reward liability, and shipping/fulfillment obligations.
After included points are used, additional issued points accrue at the plan overage rate and appear in usage/billing records.
Refunds, reversals, failed rewards, and cancellations are recorded through usage and ledger entries instead of rewriting history.
Shipping points are separate from product points at customer checkout unless a future plan or promotion explicitly says otherwise.
