PrizeNest lets customers earn points from participating businesses and redeem available points for reward products in the PrizeNest marketplace.

First steps

• Create a customer account with an email or phone number you can verify.
• Shop with a participating business and use the same identifier at checkout.
• Wait for the business to submit and validate the qualifying purchase.
• Review pending and available points from your customer dashboard.
• Redeem available points for products and shipping when you are ready.

What happens next

Points can be pending while a purchase is still within review, refund, or settlement windows. Available points can be spent in checkout. Orders then move through processing, fulfillment, shipment, and delivery.
