Reward rule basics

Rule types

Points-per-dollar rules multiply the eligible order subtotal by the configured rate. Fixed-point rules award the same point amount to qualifying purchases.

Minimums and maximums

Minimum purchase amounts prevent small purchases from earning points. Maximum points per order caps the award after calculation.

Overlapping rules

PrizeNest first looks for an active rule connected to the integration that sent the event. If none exists, it uses the latest active partner-level rule for the same environment.
