Product points and shipping points

Marketplace items can have a product point cost and a separate shipping point cost. Checkout shows both before you redeem.

Checkout

You can redeem only available points. PrizeNest deducts the required points when checkout succeeds and creates an order for fulfillment.

Cancellations

If an order is canceled before shipment, PrizeNest restores the spent points and restocks the inventory reserved for that order. Once an order is shipped, support review may be required.
