What partners pay for
Partners fund the customer points they issue. PrizeNest calculates partner cost from the current point price and the points awarded by eligible purchase rules.
Balance terms
- Available balance can fund new point awards.
- Reserved balance is committed to rewards that have not fully settled.
- Pending obligations are rewards waiting for funding or settlement.
Point capacity
Point capacity is an estimate: available partner funding divided by the current point cost. Approved partner-specific pricing can differ from the global default.
