Available points

Available points are posted to your account and can be used at checkout for reward products and shipping.

Pending points

Pending points are connected to a purchase that has been submitted but has not fully settled. Pending points can still change if the purchase is refunded, rejected, reviewed for abuse, or blocked by partner funding.

Why totals change

Point totals can change when refunds, cancellations, duplicate purchase events, fraud reviews, or order cancellations occur. PrizeNest records point ledger entries so changes can be reviewed instead of silently edited.
